TRACK MY ORDER
On shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
You can check the shipment status of your order on Aramex website by entering the sent tracking number.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs and all other information. Please note the applicable shipping restrictions will depend on the shipping destination selected.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All orders are shipped domestically from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day. We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Presently, Idr Jeweller online store is only available for purchase and shipment within UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
You are required to choose a preferred country in order to avail the offers and products that are available in your respective countries.
We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in UAE and request delivery in KSA or vice versa, we will not be able to process the request.
Due to strict international trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship products to countries other than UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. As of now, we can ship goods only within these countries.
RETURN POLICY
All items are subject to return except for discounted items, Agar/wood, D/Oudh, and attars in loose forms.
Return is accepted only if products are in their original packaging.
The submission of a return request must be within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
In case of damaged or pilfered items, the submission of a return request must be within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Any complimentary gifts that come with your purchase must also be returned.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, except for damaged or pilfered items.
The original invoice is required for any return.
If payment was made by card, the amount will be refunded within 15 days.
Purchases made with vouchers or loyalty program points cannot be exchanged for cash.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE
EXCHANGES
Cancellation
In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, you are required to inform Idr Jeweller through email or telephone about your cancellation within 24 hours from the time of order placement.
Please note: We are unable to combine orders, change items, edit billing or shipping details, or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be made to the customer after receiving the returned goods within 10–15 working days via credit card or bank transfer.
Business days are Sunday to Thursday, except national holidays in Saudi Arabia.
